I was involved in giving Articulate training to IMU Staff. This time I thought of flipping the training session. We decide to send the training material far advance in the form of Published interactive, self directed learning content with per-quiz and post-quiz included in the published content.
When I started the training session by asking the question how many of you have went through the Interactive Lecture (i-Lecture)/published content, I receive very few positive response. So I decided to take ten mints to go through the slides. After that I switch the mode giving the tasks to be done and asking the participants to straight jump into the Articulate Studio (Presenter, Engage and quiz maker).
At first they felt difficulty but later they enjoyed exploring the software (Articulate) and doing the tasks with confidence. At the end of the training session I ask them to show and share their fist ever published artifact (Content) using Articulate Studio. I could see the confidence level of the presenters.
Still learning 🙂 how to make training more effective and interactive.:) Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks
